E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting plan with us and you set up e-mail addresses inside your account, you'll be able to forward it with only a few clicks to any other e-mail address of your choosing. The feature can be enabled whenever you set up a brand new mailbox or at any time afterwards and deactivated just as easily in case you change your mind. This is done from the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will handle your account. Additionally, you will have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the inbound e-mails will remain on our servers or not. The main advantage of this feature is that you will always have a backup on your server if something occurs with the other mailbox or maybe if it isn't active for whatever reason during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and deleted from our system even if the remote email address is working or not, so it is actually a wise decision to have it enabled just to be on the safe side.
